Adam Travel service was great and access to our hajj agent was 24/7. This was our first time traveling with Adam Travel and I must admit, we were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. In all, we were 10 family/friends members in the 4E group. I can truly say, that Br. Bhalla has a patience of a saint. He did an awesome job at keeping the group together and moving things so smoothly. Also, we were very amazed at how Shaikh Basyouny conducted all the Hajj rituals as a group. Shaikh Basyouny and Br. Bhalla made a great team and that made our Hajj easy and enjoyable. Needless to say, I would whole heartedly recommend the Adam Travel Hajj Package 4E to my family and friends. Shaikh Basyouny, Br. May Allah reward Imam Muamar; he was always available and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding our Hajj rites & rituals. He would always reply in a timely fashion. He made sure that we were prepared for our trip of a lifetime before we left, and he never left any questions of ours unanswered; before the trip, & during the trip. The process of obtaining our visas was easier than I expected. All we had to do was send in the documents they needed and Adam Travel took care of everything else. Choosing the hajj package was also not difficult, we chose 4D. LOCATION was perfect. Hotel was great. WE ESPECIALLY loved the feature of hearing the athan in our hotel rooms! PLUS we could see the Haram from our hotel room-it was awesome. Alhumdulillah! The hotel in Madinah was amazing as well-it was right across the street from Masjid An Nabawi. It couldn’t have gotten any better. Alhumdulillah. The transportation was always on time-the bus driver and his assistant were both very kind, and obviously knew their ways around Makkah & Madinah. We cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Everything was perfect, thank Allah. & thank you Imam Muamar. Our hajj trip was beyond expectations. It was amazing. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Our hajj trip was priceless, Alhumdulillah. (So on a scale of 1-10 it was infinity!)Our special trip after Mina drinking camel milk, going to a resort, having dinner with Dr Abdo and his son. That was memorable. Thank you for all the hard work and making this Hajj a memorable and best Hajj trip I had.
